Il signore che ci ha fatto il check-in è stato molto cortese e disponibile

Bisognerebbe mettere delle strisce che indicano sulla moquette l'inizio dei gradini in quanto diventa pericoloso avere anche i gradini senza segnalazione con la stessa moquette dello stesso colore

This is one of those hotels where it deserves a recommendation. It is friendly professional and yet remains individual. The views are sublime and access to Urbino and surrounding areas is good.

It was perfect for me.
