Glenda and Lee take great pride in what they do and went out of their way to make us comfortable and treat us like family. We had a wonderful stay……top notch breakfasts and top notch people. We arrived as strangers and left as friends.

Put that frowny face away…..we loved everything!

Our room was lovely and had plenty of space to move around, a sofa to watch TV and the bed was very comfortable. Our every need was catered for with plenty of drink choices - hot and cold. The hosts were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast choices were plentiful and the food was amazing.

Everything was fantastic we have no complaints.

It was a lovely room with everything we needed and a great breakfast. The dogs were beautiful.

The breakfast was out of this world, nothing was too much trouble, lovely friendly couple! Bedroom was warm clean an very comfortable modern bathroom with all toiletry supplied, made the stay a really great experience. Would pick labbadax again in a heartbeat

Me and my wife have used lots of B & B's over the years. Glenda and Lee are the best hosts we've encountered, so many little things thought of that make a massive difference. It's a lovely property, spacious rooms and it was very clean and tidy. The bathroom was so clean it looked like it had never been used! Little fridge in the room with Fresh milk, orange juice and a choccy bar each. The area is lovely and quiet and there are walks near to the property if you like to get out into the countryside. Exceptional breakfast with lots of choices. The homemade bread was lovely, Lee gave me a copy of the recipe to try at home. He is obviously very passionate about cooking and it shows, amazing! We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived, a home from home, and we'll definately be back when we stay in the area again.
