rapidez de respuesta

solicitamos hacer el check in un poco antes de la hora indicada y me repsondieron que no habia problemas y que la habitacion estaria lista a esa hora, pero no fue asi. De hecho la habitacion estuvo lista 10 minutos despues de la hora indica normalmente. Fue a las 15:10 que estuvo lista y no a las 14:30 como habiamos solciitado y habia sido confirmado
