Breakfast was great. Joanne is a real star. Room was a great size, position and bed very comfortable.

No towel rail and no attempt to fix it during our 5 day stay . Foldaway bed just left in our room.

The room was small and the shower was tiny with poor water pressure. The standard of decoration was also low with several areas of stained wallpaper and flaking or cracked paint. The sky-light window was in particular need of attention.

Very welcoming, cozy and friendly. Breakfast was fab.

Good location with convenient parking around the corner. Easy access with key lock at front door. On entry the place felt warm and welcoming. Room easy to locate with key in door for access. Facilities in the were good. Did not have breakfast as left before it was available. In room info explained takeaway breakfast available by arrangement. This info would have been useful to have beforehand. Left the property around 0730. Did not see any staff during my stay. Not a problem as I arrived late and left early. Though it would have been helpful to ask for some heat in the room.

The room in the attic was very cold. I arrived around 2100 just as the heating was going off. The room quickly became very cold and I had to go to bed to keep warm. Even then the draft from the velux window on my head was very uncomfortable. The cold led to a sleepless night. It also led to me getting up much earlier than planned. The room was cold in the morning with the heating in the room not coming on until around 0700.
