The location was perfect and the host was very friendly.

The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The floor was dusty, with spider webs in the corners, and the bathroom bin still contained trash from previous guests. The furniture is old and in poor condition and there is no air conditioning unit. Our room was located on the ground floor, right next to the main entrance. The door is frequently slammed, creating loud noise at all hours. On top of that, the room is directly across from a restaurant, so it gets very noisy during operating hours. We could clearly hear conversations from outside, as well as footsteps from guests staying above us. Overall, there is virtually no soundproofing. Another inconvenience was the tourist tax, which we were not clearly informed about in advance. It must be paid in cash, so make sure to have cash with you to avoid any surprises.

A nice, clean, and thoughtfully equipped studio apartment in the heart of “Città Alta,” with everything I needed. The space felt cosy and comfortable, making it perfect for a short stay. The host was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made a big difference.

One small area for improvement would be the shower. The current curtain setup allows water to leak onto the floor, which can feel a bit unpleasant.

Location was amazing. Close to shops, bars, restaurants. Easy to get to by bus or funicolare. Easy check-in for accommodation.

Cannot think of anything which we did not like.

I can absolutely always rely on the service "MyRoom" , they are friendly and very helpful ☺️ The room had everything I needed, perfect location! 🥰
