It was close to the center, its 24/7 self checkin and communication with Luca, the host is fast and understandable.

The room is way smaller that you expect. Same with the bathroom. The worst thing was the heat, there is no AC, only a small fan that is loud and does basically nothing. In the summer, its impossible to sleep. Sheets were dirty, we only had half a toilet paper and a shower big enough for dog sized human. Not very good value for money. We have only been there for less than 12 hours but I honestly don’t think you can stay more. Also, late checkout is not possible and there is no option near to store luggage. Not very good value for money

Camera spaziosa bagno con doccia pulitissimo lo consiglio per una visita lampo a Bologna ,posizione comoda.

la posizione, il resto tutto molto discutibile visto anche il costo per una notte

porta del bagno scorrevole che non si chiude considerato che il servizio si trova davanti il letto, ma la cosa più deludente è la mancanza di climatizzatore! in estate soprattutto a Bologna è un inferno, trovare una camera così con con un ventilatore è di basso livello
