Everything is good about the apartment except on the around 60 stairs back and forth you have to go up with possibly not one suitcase because elevator is not working

good location for us, we had a train in the morning to Florence the room is nice, with all the things you need for a night

the sheets were not let to be fully dry, still moist on our arrival this was the single inconvenient, would reccoment to fully dry the sheets and use some laundry parfume in the future

Very close to the train station and everything, and check-in from 11 which was convenient. The room was small, but tidy, only the shower had a small stain, maybe just dirt, maybe mold. The other tenants in the house was pretty loud, we clearly heard a TV from somewhere and some construction work, but this isn't the owner's fault.

It was just room, no breakfast or coffee facilities. Very close to station, self check-in so ok if you go late in evening (my plane arrived in the evening). Didn’t meet staff but Luca was very courteous and gave me very good directions and instructions. Bed was comfortable, great shower and room faces on the courtyard so very quiet at night

Coffee/tea facilities not available. It would have been nice to have.

Despite that I had some issues with the check-in instructions, the owner was very kind and available to assist. The room is very basic but has everything what is needed. Be aware of a steep stairs. The view from the room is amazing, and the location is top. I'd stay again.

Property is close to the train station. It is clean and comfortable to sleep. The communication with the host was easy and we didn’t have any issue.
