So convenient and easily accessible! Very clean and great host. Breakfast offer was quite nice. Terrific for a group of 4/6 for socializing and being together…like you are at home.

One of the upstairs bedroom was difficult to move around due to ceiling beams.

The building is very nice and so is the apartment. The views from the windows and the balcony are stunning. The apartment is very central and close to the beautiful spots of Bologna and to many services. Check in and check out are very simple and smooth. The owner is very friendly and welcoming.

One of the bedrooms in the loft is quite small and it would be more suitable as a single room. Also the bed is small and is not suitable for a tall person. There is no kitchen or no sink to use so bottles of water are available which creates plastic pollution. No recicle bins available.

The apartment is located at the city centre. The location is excellent. You have everything you need very close to you. The WiFi was good and the apartment was clean. Also it had a nice balcony with view. Marco was very king and friendly and he had no objection to keep our luggage after our check out.

Three things made us upset about our stay there. The first one is that on the photos on booking there is no photo of the bathroom. The roof over the bathtub is very short. I’m 1,74 and my head was touching at the roof. It was not comfortable to have a proper shower. The host gave us an alternative to use another bathroom, but it was on the first floor and was shared with others. The second is that the breakfast was packaged and not fresh. That was also not mentioned at the apartments description. And the last one that I think is the most important is that we didn’t have a private room. We are a family and the description said that it is a suite with two bedrooms. Instead of that it is a two floor apartment. In the first floor there is one bedroom with a bath and a shared kitchen. In the second floor two bedrooms and one bathroom. But the rooms of the upper floor are not separated. So it is not a suite with two bedrooms. It’s a shared three room apartment. That was what makes us most upset. It was not referred at the description. I will recommend it for people that have no problem to stay in a shared apartment.
