Very nice and clean. Breakfast very basic but generally recommended! The owner is communicative and answers fast.

Was no towel at the kitchen

I had the big, spacious apartment to myself. The bathroom and shower were excellent, the room comfortable. It was at a reasonable distance from the center with frequent busses.

The neighborhood was not the nicest to walk alone at night. From the room you can hear some traffic noise, the motorbikes in particular disturbed my sleep. The communication with the host was a bit strange, at first the only stated check in times were 19-20.30 which was too tight, but it was then possible to self-check in earlier on request. The host also informed me that they have a room in the apartment, which I wasn't aware of, but were that night. Breakfast included is definitely an overstatement, there are some packaged snacks.
