Interesting location, you could say right in the middle of the market, but close to the main attractions, clean apartment

the owner of the place is so nice! helped us also with planning our trip, helped with every thing we asked. the rooms are clean and the view from the balcony os right to the market! and to the etna mountin ! perfect location!

we had issue witn the shower .. but it was in our last night.. so hope it was solved.

Expected better, at least a choice, not coffee and croissant only.

Towels were given for one day only. When I complained, she told me, you should have asked for more towels. But she never told me that towels would be given for one day. Towels are used as a daily basis.

Perfect location near to the city centre. Comfy room. Sara was very kind and helped us with everything we needed!

Good location with Etna view from the balcony. Nice and helpful staff and owner. Spacious, comfy room. Free coffee in the kitchen. Great restaurants nearby. Everything can be easily reached by walking/by metro.

The room was not soundproff at all unlike the description. You can hear every word and noise from the room next door. Breakfast is a coffee and a croissant at the nearby cafe (not necessarily negative for everyone but we just expected something more nutritious and varied.) Communication could have been better: they only tried to reach out via Whatsapp which I don't have on my phone so i didn't get the messages they sent. The kithen is barely equipped, you can cook a pasta, but there are no utensils, just a few pots, cutlery and plates.
