Przyjazny i pomocny personel. Nawet w nocy mogliśmy uzyskać pomoc przy zakwaterowaniu. Blisko atrakcji i dworca - bardzo dobra baza wypadowa. Cicho i czysto w pokoju. Możliwość pozostawienia walizek po wymeldowaniu.

Nie mam generalnie żadnych zastrzeżeń.

Really friendly staff, and it was nice to meet them, local Italian people, they told about Catania city🫶! Room was nice style and very clean. Good location.

Unter Denkmalschutz stehender historischer Palazzo (sensationelle Deckengemälde mit plastischen Stuckelementen!!)....im Bett liegend kann man sich einfach nicht sattsehen und auch der wunderschöne Früstücksraum hat Einiges zu bieten!! Durch den Gastgeber am Anreisetag schon sehr herzlich empfangen findet man sich am nächsten Morgen von der ganzen Familie umsorgt vor einem reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet wieder, das für italienische Verhältnisse schon recht außergewöhnlich ist...die Hausfrau wartet mit selbstgemachten sizilianischen Spezialitäten auf :-) Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!!! Die Altstadt von Catania ist sehr sehenswert und fußläufig erreichbar.

It was a pleasure, if not a privilege, to stay at the Promenade B&B Hotel. Chosen because we needed a bed for the night before flying out of the airport the following day, we found the Promenade and our hosts to be epitome of Sicilian kindness, hospitality and helpfulness. Not easy to find, but do not be put off - this grandeur for very little cost is worth experiencing. I wished to stay longer. I wish to go back and explore Catania more from this venue. Do try - honestly.

A little bit difficult to find to find the entrance, so more instruction about how to gain access would have been helpful. Once achieved, no problems at all.

The best part about our stay was the breakfast and the hosts who prepared it - really exceptional and served with genuine kindness and warmth. You could tell they cared about making sure their guests left the table smiling and ready to start the day well. The whole building is otherwise historic and interesting, and located very close to the central train station.

The flipside of the location is the noise of the street - as mentioned by many. Impossible to sleep with the window open. But we knew this before booking - and honestly, the wonderful breakfast more than made up for this downside!

The building and the room itself was lovely, spacious and charming. Location was great.
