Beautifully located in the middle of a busy street. It was clean and we had an option to choose a room.

No one was available from 10 pm to 12 noon the next day. We didn't have room supplies (soap, shampoo, mugs for coffee, water bottles), and we didn't know who to ask. Not one person at the reception.

The host is absent - basically there’s no one on the property; you’re given a remote control to the gate and that’s it. I had no air in the room, not even a fan. May is the hottest month in Mexico. I’m a solo female traveler, yet the lady had no problem putting me in the room on the street. When I open the window, any walkers by can look into the room. At night I have to close it so no air. Zero amenities, no light at the entrance. The floor and furniture are dusty, two shabby dirty chairs. How this place got the grade that it did is beyond me.

We were asked to change room in the middle of the stay. This was annoying and denoted a lack of organization. The rooms have no windows. The drain from the bathroom was smelly. You can hear everything from the corridor.

No breakfast, no possible way to make tea or boil water. Beds were comfortable.

Hot water was lacking so showers were short and uncomfortable. I didn’t like having to ask for towels. I was cold at night, slept under my coat because I did not know how to ask for more blankets. I don’t like to sleep with heaters blowing on me, another blanket would have been fine!
