La proprietaria è calorosa e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Cura i loro soggiorni e l'intera struttura nei minimi particolari.

La stanza era vicino ad aree comuni, e le voci/rumori delle persone che vi soggiornavano erano molto presenti nella mia stanza. Il venerdì sera dei gruppi di persone nella strada hanno urlato per tutta la notte.

It's a wonderful place, and the host is a unique person. The atmosphere was exceptional; even the rainy weather didn't bother me. I felt taken care of. The location is excellent, especially for the university and the main street. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

"A simply delightful boutique hotel"

What an absolutely charming, clean, and delightful little hotel. Grace is a wonderful host and provides a great breakfast. The hotel kitchen is available to all guests to prepare their own meals if they want. The location couldn't be beat. I understand fully why it's ranked #1 in Coimbra.

Everything is SUPER. Good bed, good bathroom, super host, amazing tasty and varied breakfast and perfect situated in beautiful Coimbra. Don't look for another place. This is the BEST!

The hosts are just amazing, very welcoming and helpful, we appreciated the restaurant recommendations. Delicious breakfast, good location. Comfortable house with equipped common areas (games, drinks) available. The room was very clean and comfortable and our daughter enjoyed the elevated bed. Street parking was available no problem and the house is walking distance to the sights in Coimbra. Thank you for your welcome.

Everything was perfect, wish we could stay longer than one night.
