Great views from the property. Our hostess was very helpful, informative, and gave us great advice with the storm that was hitting the area.

The location was spectacular! The views alone are worth the price, but our hostess really made it a memorable experience with her charm, friendliness, good advice about local travel and especially her great Irish breakfast with a French twist. Exceptional value for money!

The location was beautiful. We walked along the quiet road towards a lovely sunset overlooking the ocean. It's a 10-minute drive to Clifton which has pubs with both 'Trad' and contemporary Irish live music.

The host is French (took over the B-and-B 16 years ago) and two other sets of guests were also from France. Along with the French breakfast, it felt like a visit to France (we speak French, so it wasn't a problem). Nothing wrong with that, of course, but not the Irish experience we were expecting. Also, there are only two tables in the exceptional, glassed-in breakfast area that looks over the sea (photos). Since we didn't get up early enough, we ate breakfast in the kitchen without a view. One of the other sets of guests was supposed to be finished by the time we got up, but as they were talking with the other French guests, they took an hour-and-a-half before leaving. The host Frederique apologized, but there was nothing she could do.

Très bon accueil, de bons conseils pour visiter le Conemara. Très bon petit dejeuner. Très jolie chambre avec vue sur la mer.
