L'ospitalità e la gentilezza della signora Antonella, la posizione, la struttura molto carina, la colazione abbondante.

Essendo praticamente una casa con diverse stanze da letto dove alloggiano ospiti diversi, si sente qualsiasi rumore, dal passaggio degli ospiti nella zona comune, a tutti i rumori delle stanze da letto adiacenti. Va da sé che se l'ospite vicino parla anche solo con un tono di voce normale, risulta comunque difficile riposare, e mette anche un po' soggezione immaginare che gli ospiti vicini sentano praticamente qualsiasi cosa. Non c'è la TV in camera.
