The high end fabulously large comfortable rooms with walk in shower were immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable. The owners of the property were very naturally hospitable and very kind without overdoing it. I was lucky with the weather so I could make use of the fantastic pool and walk around the grounds. The property itself is located in a beautiful area on the outskirts of Havelte. The breakfast was excellent. The choice was vast and the home made bread, which was delightful. Having stayed in many places in and around Havelte for family reasons, I can't believe I have not stayed here before, but will definitely stay here again and again. Brilliant!!!!!!

Nothing to complain about. It was really, really good. If I had to make a suggestion I would suggest airconditioning as when it's hot, like it has been over the last few weeks, I can see it being a big additional bonus and make it the absolute perfect 10

It was a great accommodation. I was initially booked for one day, but an extra day was extended due to the beauty of the area and the place. The hosts are wonderful and friendly. Our requirements were accommodated seamlessly, which is a wonderful thing. I will stay again soon."

Had a wonderful stay. Tinka was an amazing host, the room was like that of a luxury hotel, breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The property is immaculately clean and surrounded by beautiful countryside, yet within very easy access to services and provisions. We hired electric bikes from the property and enjoyed a full day of exploring the area which was excellent. Another day we drove a short journey to pretty Giethoorn and spent the day exploring it. Our room and bathroom were both very comfortable and spacious - cleanliness was 10/10. The owners, Tinka and Bert were so hospitable. Breakfasts were varied and always delicious. We were only sorry to leave and wished we had more time there!

A wonderful B & B, in a countryside setting, yet close to some good restaurants etc. Very spacious, stylish and comfortable, with gorgeous room fragrances. Out host was lovely, and the breakfast generous and delicious.
