Hotel Acacia City

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is homely and very clean and walking distance to Acacia mall. I had a fantastic time.

Hotel is very old. Breakfast is served with toasted bread without butter. Steps to the room on the second floor is very steep and you can fall if you don't becareful.

Every time I come to Kampala, I stay here and that is why I don’t rate them so much, but once in a while is good to let them know that the place is really good. I have actually forgotten some of my personal items in the room and they have returned them without any issues. Not everyone would do it.

Le personnel de l'accueil est sympathique

La chambre est vétuste et le lit est rempli d'acariens, je me suis fait piquer toute la nuit je n'ai pas pu dormir et à 06h00, j'ai réservé un autre hôtel pour aller dormir. Aussi les chambres ne sont pas isolées, j'entendais tout ce qui se passait dans la chambre d'à côté entre le voisin et sa copine. À ne pas fréquenter jusqu'à ce qu'ils éliminent les acariens. J'ai eu des traces des acariens sur ma peau 3 semaines après mon séjour dans cet hotel
