Hotel Acacia City

The location was great; I walked across the street to the Mall to take care of phone issue and do some shopping (Mall also has movie theatre). I left very early before breakfast, but staff took care of getting me some tea quite early to take away in my travel mug. Room was very clean and had private bathroom, so excellent value for the price.

The shower water pressure was low and the outlet next to the bed didn't work, but I had carried an electrical extension with me. Stairs were a bit steep as well.

Had easy access to transport and shopping mall the owner took me to the dentist next day free of charge which was nice of hi.

It’s ok location, though it’s quite noisy so get earplugs. Bed was comfortable, spacious room, ok bathroom. There are a few places to eat not too far from the hotel. Staff was nice and helpful.

The bathroom could use a bit of more cleaning. There was basically no hot water, it was either cold or boiling hot. The heating system for the water actually needs replacing cause it looks like a fire hazard. There was only one working plug in the room. Mosquito net needs cleaning as well. Noise from the street, but that’s a given because of the location. Breakfast is not worth eating (better go to CJs across the street).

We literally did not like anything from this hotel... it very misleading. The facility is very old, the breakfast was not worth the money, the rooms are dilapidated.

The location was just perfect for the business that brought me in town. The staff were kind.

Power went of the all night. We slept in the dark and that night was very hot. Also breakfast was served late.
