Consiglio questo bellissimo alloggio ubicato nel centro di Parma, dal quale tutte le principali attrazioni distano massimo 10 minuti a piedi. Voto 10+ per la pulizia sia della stanza che del bagno. La gentile proprietaria ogni mattina mette a disposizione una ricca colazione, perfetta per far partire al meglio la giornata, ascoltando e fornendo risposta a qualsiasi dubbio/domanda su che cosa visitare in città. Se mai dovesse ricapitarmi di soggiornare a Parma, sceglierò nuovamente Opera11!

The hosts were lovely and welcoming, they provided an amazing full breakfast + snacks available at any time. The room is comfortable and clean, the location is exceptional. Overall wonderful stay, highly recommend

Many stairs and no elevator - this wasn't a problem for us but could be an accessibility issue for others

Posizione ottima, centralissimo e a 5 minuti a piedi dal parcheggio Repubblica. Pulitissimo, elegante, ottima colazione servita la mattina dalla proprietaria deliziosa. Accoglienza davvero stupenda! Lo consiglio vivamente ♥️

"Excellent for solo traveller"

Roberto and Francesca were so friendly and helpful with suggestions for Parma, which i now love. Communication was easy and Roberto was so nice to pick me up from the hotel and take me to train station (twice!). Great clean rooms, spacious and nicely furnished. There was breakfast too with the other guests which was nice.

I wish i stayed longer in Parma!

"A gem of a place"

This was our second visit to Opera 11 after 9 years and we’re delighted to see that nothing much had changed. Great hosts and a quiet location but a few steps into the beautiful streets of the old part of Parma with independent shops and restaurants.
