Friendly welcome, easy to find. Room was comfortable and very clean and nicely decorated. Great location (just outside of Hull but nice quiet countryside spot). Easy free parking onsite. Accommodating for a food allergy at breakfast. Spoilt for choice at breakfast, something for everyone and tasty choices. Nice places to eat close by for evening meals. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and warm accomodation, fairly large shower room with thoughtful extras and modern design. Host Warren was very helpful. Breakfast room for cereal, toast, boiled eggs etc was very useful. Also able to use it for reheating own food with microwave and separate guest fridge . Seeing the barn owl fly overhead was a bonus.
