"Quiet place for visiting Spurn Point and Humber"

Great place for visiting Spurn Point/Island and Hull area. The breakfast was self-serve in a separate building and had a good choice of foods. We could also have bought various jams made by the owners. The proprietor welcomed us and our room was comfortable. He gave us a good recommendation for a pub for dinner - The Camerton. The area is very quiet and relaxing.

The venue was great and I wish we had had more time to explore the surroundings. There are bikes to rent at Spurn Yorkshire Wildlife Center, but if you have your own mountain bike bring it - the bikes there are not in the greatest condition (2 bikes had loose saddles which were impossible to tighten because the parts did not fit, another had a flat tire).

Beautiful farm, the owner was loverly and very welcoming, plus cuteness overload of 2 friendly doggys, great place and will definitely be booking here again in November as I travel back for work final ,thank you for a great stay

"A hidden Humber Haven (but not too difficult to find :))"

Great comms with owner, helpful throughout and met me at the property and helped get me my bearings. Simple set-up - row of rooms (double & twin options) which was comfy and relaxing. Rural location on edge of village (Paull) but 20-30 min from Hull centre. There is separate breakfast room for self-service inc. homemade jams which you can also use for bringing back a takeaway or warming up something. Tremendous value for money and I wouldn't hesitate to use again

Really can't think of anything - having more time to explore the locality - my issue not theirs!

"Relax and unwind in peace"

Wonderful welcome, very clean with everything you needed and more, in beautiful, calm and peaceful surroundings. The decor was spot on, and the breakfast selection was perfect. Being able to access the breakfast room to heat and eat food at other times was great and being able to purchase from Becky's jam/chutney/drink selection is a brilliant touch. We really enjoyed our stay and would definately come again.

My partner found the bed a little uncomfortable.
