Struttura nuova e ben curata molto molto pulita e tutto perfettamente funzionante . Proprietaria gentile e disponibile e la stanza è dotata di.tutti i confort frigobar compreso con acqua e bibite offerte . Posizione ottima buon parcheggio chiuso e riservato. Ottimo bar per la colazione inclusa sotto la stanza .bagni puliti e dotati di tutti gli accessori.

Si trova in zona abitata da ragazzi universitari e sulla strada schiamazzi notturni .
