Evan and Joy are wonderful hosts and so helpful and kind! We loved our stay at their beautiful accommodation! Excellent location!

The Artist Quarter is a gorgeous guesthouse, with the magnificent Tzefat charm. The location is so well placed, quiet and serene yet so close to all synagogues and the center of town. We visited with children. Would definitely go back!! The food is delicious and served so Graciously. The rooftop view is magnificent. A real highlight of our trip!

I'm so happy to find the very closest to perfect property to stay, now and also for future visits to Tzfat! Joy and Evan were among the most nicest hosts I've ever met. And I travel a lot! Both are very friendly, helpful and welcoming in every manner. The guesthouse is at prime location almost on top of the Tzfat hill, great views from the rooftop terrace. Easy and free public parking a few meters away. Close to everything needed like groceries, restaurants etc. Guests would receive upfront a comprehensive and helpful description how to get to the guesthouse. Immediately fell in love with the Appartment/Suite. Not only it is immaculately clean and well appointed with everything that makes life easy. It was really designed (and artsy too) to create a cosy and real home away from home. Would love to come back in a second! BTW: The pictures at booking.com are real and would mirror the real impressions of the property at it's best. In reality it looks even more better. The breakfast is fantastic, and Joys Omelettes (with cheese !!) next level, just from another universe. And so are the bread rolls from my new fav bakery ;-) While Evan would take his time and sit with you after your delicious breakfast and mark sights worth visiting according to your plans and interests on a personal map for you. A lovely house nestled in the heart of Safed old city. The family running the place is very kind. We will come back!

the owner made special chicken sandwich for us before we left. we were touched by their sincerity and they want to ensure that we can travel well.

i dont expect anything as our main reason was to celebrate shavuot. but the owners made our stay special because of their hospitality which was beyond our expectations.
