Kayu Sugih Palace

Great location close to the beachfront and Icon Bali, many local Warungs nearby. Place was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was basic but good. Staff were lovely.

Ubytování je v dochozí vzdálenosti od pláže (přes hlavní silnici a ICON), ale v klidné části. Pokoj s výhledem do zahrady, na bazén, na snídaňovou terasu a malý templ. Snídaně dobrá, pouze malá výtka k ředění fresh juice. Možnost ponechání kufrů na recepci při pozdějším odjezdu na letiště.

Hotelli on pieni mutta juuri sen takia aivan ihana. Sijainti erinomainen. Siisti ja hienot huoneet.

Aamupalalla kaikki oli hyvää mutta melko suppea valikoima ja olisin halunnut yhdistää aamupalan vaihtoehtoja mutta sai valita vain yhden.

The pool was lovely but small. It was great when it was just myself and my husband there plus maybe one other couple, but it's too small for all of the rooms occupants to use at the same time. On our last couple of days we found the neighbouring hotel called The Pavillion who let you use their pool as long as you buy some food or drink from them. It was really big and provides pool side service so I believe that Kayu Sugih should tell their guests about this as it was a huge plus. It's literally like 15 metres from the gates of Kayu Sugih. The restaurant at the Pavillion is also excellent!!!

Other guests smoking cigarettes at the breakfast table. Not enough pillows on the bed to be comfy whilst watching TV. The hotel really must upgrade their TV's to be larger and also to be Smart TV's so guests can enjoy streaming etc. Across a three week holiday in Bali, this was the only hotel that didn't have a Smart TV.

The staff were lovely & very accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable & clean & quiet. Beautiful & shaded walkway to the entrance of the property. The kitchen staff could make a vegan breakfast on request. Beautiful clean pool surrounded by stunning greenery/plants. Good to have a dining area to sit at at any time. Provided fruit bowl on check in. Water replenished daily.

Advertised with a tv but it wasn’t a smart tv so we couldn’t use our streaming devices.

Great little guest house. We have stayed there twice and would book again. The stand out point for me was how clean it is and the staff are just lovely. Really nice pool in lush green gardens and a great breakfast. Really pretty little place. Highly recommend.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about.
