L’appartement est bien situé à proximité immédiate du centre historique. Les informations d’accès étaient claires et précises. La chambre est propre.

L’appartement manque d’insonorisation avec l’extérieur et les autres appartements qui sont bruyants. La douche est située directement dans la chambre et manque d’équipement pour déposer ses affaires en sortie de douche.

Très joli loft, bien situé et confortable. Rien à dire, merci 🙏 Notre hôte a été très accueillant et disponible. Il avait préparé de la documentation pour nous aider a bien ciblé nos visites. Le petit déjeuner était super ! Et livré à domicile.

Our stay was amazing. The location was perfect, the place was spacious, bright, and comfortable, and breakfast was phenomenal! (Best tomatoes & Bruschetta of the whole trip - YUM) But what made it extra special was the care that our host took to make sure that everything was taken care of. Niccolo made sure we had the correct parking permits, made dinner reservations for us, and gave us excellent local reccommendations as well as tips on getting around. He shared some local history & his pride made me feel something special for Siena that can only come from learning the history & pride of the locals. These things were all very helpful & welcome. But I had an extraordinary experience where he really went above and beyond. We'd already checked out & were in our new destination (Florence) when I realized I couldn't find my passport. It turns out I'd left it in the rental car, but for the few frantic hours when I was searching for it, Niccolo was so caring & helpful - he called the restaurants where we'd eaten to see if it had been found, he searched every corner of the unit, even checked the trash bags in case I'd istakenly swept it up in the the trash! His dedication to the comfort & safety of his guests is what really made this an exceptional experience. We're hoping to return next summer for the race in June, and will definitely stay here again.
