"Exceptional"

We spent two nights in Siena. The room was spacious and felt like our own small flat during our stay. The location was perfect to visit by foot the old town. We could basically walk everywhere. The self checking was very straightforward. Niccolò was very helpful and remained available by phone before/ during our arrival. He also provided us with some useful information and good tips about the city. Last but not least, we were able to store our luggages at the reception after checking out, which was a real bonus for us. It allows us some flexiblity since we were leaving the city at the end of the day. We would definitely recommend this place !

The host was very kind and helpful. He provided us advices with important places around the city. Next morning he personally brought us the breakfast which was excellent. Definitely we will return to the same apartment next time when we visit Siena.

Accoglienza fantastica pari alla disponibilità di Nicolò. Camera grande baglio super accessoriato e soppalco per godersi una colazione super abbondante Pulizia Top!!.Dalla finestra vista su giardino e centro città. Posizione strategica vicinissima al centro. Sotto la struttura autobus che porta in stazione , anche se a piedi sono comunque solo 15' . Il mio giudizio è che è stato tutto talmente perfetto che penso di ritornarci! Grazie ancora di tutto!

"A warm and inviting stay in a great location in Siena"

The location is great, just out of the noise of the center and in a more residential area but only 10 min from the central tourist areas. The property is comfortable and spacious. And Niccolo is warm, thoughtful, and attentive. He was really one of the kindest hosts I have ever interacted with - suggestions for restaurants and museums and towers, very accommodating. I really loved meeting him.
