Vicina a Lecce, abbiamo apprezzato molto la struttura, pulita ed ampia.

Sehr ruhige Lage und einfach zu erreichen. Günstiger Preis. Wir hätten zuerst ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss bekommen, doch auf unseren Wunsch hin bekamen wir ein Zimmer im Obergeschoss. Privater Parkplatz.

Die Einrichtung der Küche war sehr minim. Es fehlte vor Allem am Besteck.

This is a really nice and new bed and breakfast with beautiful and well kept grounds. The host is very friendly and kind. The room was spacious, the bathrooms really nice and the shared kitchen had all the necessary things. Even more, there was a complementary drink machine, so you could have a coffee or tea at any time.

It's a little out of the way, so you need a car to get there. But if you know this, everything else was really great. And there is a secure parking on site.

Bed experience

Very unprofessional staff and service. In the case of need for additional information when you enter in apartment you will be faced with non-response on your questions. The breakfast is extremely poor and very very cheap and that cannot be called breakfast.The big machine for coffee is probably picked up as worn out from some waiting room and it is 50 years old. We have never tasted worse coffee. No toilet paper in the bathroom, no paper towel in the kitchen……

Nice property, less than 10 minutes' drive from Lecce Centro Storico and 5 minutes' from several supermarkets. Simple but large room, fridge/freezer, liquid soap etc. Air con. Kitchen with microwave, hob (no oven), fridge/freezer free drinks machine & few basic cooking utensils (no cooking knives.) Some packaged breakfast baked goods provided. Gated, safe, free parking. Surrounding area rather stark, but the property itself has a nice garden. Very peaceful and quiet. Nice terrace with tables a chairs to sit on outside. Good value for what we paid.
