"The refrigerator was well stocked"

Close to address I was visiting

The parking was difficult. Many large vehicles in the street made backing out of driveway difficult & possibly dangerous. The loose rocks & uneven pavers made rolling a bag very hard. Getting my bags to & from the room was very hard for me.

Location was great for the venue we were attending. The refrigerator had drinks, fruit, and yogurt. My daughter enjoyed the candy.

The door code was a little tricky to lock and unlock

Great room with lots of amenities. Very enjoyable.

Not anyone's fault because everyone is different. The bed was a bit too soft for our old backs. Lol.

I dont normally do reviews but i feel like i need to provide one for this. Shannon is very responsive and accommodating! This is better than a typical airbnb or hotel. A great variety of food and snacks are stocked in the room/fridge available for you to enjoy at your own time :) And love the double sink outside the bathroom!

"It is a locked off area of a home sort of Airbnb style. Very welcoming and feature rich."

Very welcoming. Nice pool. Really good snack/drink bar in room. The waterfall and wand shower is always a big plus.

As Northerners we like it cold at night but if there was some kind of AC control we didn't find it.

"Comfortable stay, nicely provisioned."

A comfortable stay and clean apartment. I enjoyed the continental breakfast and snack provisions. In all, a very comfortable stay, and overall a good value. Pool was in good condition, but too chilly for wimpy me. Conveniently located near a Publix supermarket. Easy access to major thoroughfares in Tampa. Our host communicated well before/after the stay.

The property could be improved with better maintenance on the lanai. Picky, but I'm a big guy, and found the shower/tub to be a bit confining, and I found it difficult to prevent shower runoff from escaping the curtain (picky pet peeve of mine). A sliding door would have been nice.
