Winchester House is an amazing place to stay. The location is few minute's walk from Keswick town centre, where you can find plenty of dining places. The room was spacious and spotless with clean linen. The breakfast was amazing, especially the cumbrian breakfast. Mr.Ian provided us with some valuable information about the local attractions during our breakfast.

The check in time starts only at 5 pm.

The B&B is close to the centre of Keswick so ideal for going for walks and into the town. The B&B had everything you could need. The dry room was good for drying our walking boots.

Great location, friendly staff & very dog friendly. Loved how the staff left you young come & go & gave you space.

There was nothing much not to like but if I was to be picky, I’d say I would’ve liked our towels to be changed more & probably would’ve preferred a slightly bigger room but we really enjoyed our stay.

Close to centre of Keswick. Friendly, helpful owners. Nice breakfast. Rooms clean. Dog lovers. Easily understood and clear set of expectations and boundaries for the benefit of all guests and the efficient running of the guest House. Nice sausage for the dog in the morning. Overall 10/10.

Late check in and early check out.

The location is fabulous near to the town centre with free on road parking. Also located near to the park which is a bonus for the early morning dog walk Absolutely dog friendly and even the dog gets a treat at breakfast

Only one slight dislike is that check starts at 5. We understand the reasoning and that would not stop us returning which we will next year

Small rooms and lots of dogs

Kind, friendly hosts. Lovely breakfast, very clean. Comfy beds.

The room was hot and stuffy so a fan would have made a big difference.

Breakfast was more than adequate Location near enough to all the amenities and the town centre

Room 6 had limited headroom for us guys using the toilet
