Only 1 long table for breakfast would have preferred separate tables when dining. Hard mattress .

"A fabulous stay in an excellent location"

Excellent location - easy walking distance to the shops and theatre in Keswick. Lovely decor and fabulous breakfast. The hotel was clean and well maintained and Tim was a superb host - personable, welcoming and friendly.

Parking is free on the roads but it can be quite difficult to find a space
