Perfect location, close to town centre but still quiet. Room was clean and nicely decorated and the breakfast was great- accommodating of dietary requirements with no fuss at all- thank you!

Only thing was that it was not clear it was street parking only. I have stayed in other places in Keswick that have off street dedicated parking.
