Sehr nette Gastgeberin und geschmackvolle Einrichtung!

We loved the room and coffee on the terrace

The owner of the facility is a very kind, attentive and charming person, who hosts her guests with love and enjoyment. The coffee and her cakes waiting for you every morning are a better and more personal experience than a hotel.. Her facility is something you should experience if you are in Italy. It exudes the spirit of Italy with details of the architecture and culture of the past and present way of life. The rooms are huge and clean, and Dany lives in the same building, so she is always available if you have any questions, advice for visiting the city, etc. Her recommendations also meant a lot to us. If we come to Udine again, we will definitely stay at her place, but we will also recommend her to friends who intend to visit Udine, which is a beautiful, relaxing city.

Sehr charmante Unterkunft. Die Gastgeberin war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Der bereitgestellte Kuchen in der Früh war köstlich. Nah zum Bahnhof und ca 15 min in die Innenstadt.

Nahe beim Bahnhof und der Altstadt, sauber und ruhig.

Zum Frühstück gabs Espresso aus der Kapselmaschine und sehr guten Kuchen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach aber durchaus gemütlich, liegt im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich - sie hat uns auch gleich das Kuchenrezept gegeben. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum und vom Bahnhof entfernt.

Die Unterkunft liegt halt im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug, das ist sicher ein Nachteil lässt sich aber nicht ändern. Das steht auch in der Beschreibung.
