Super rooms friendly staff all round lovely experience

Nice location. Good size room. Clean and tidy.

Well cooked breakfast but a bit more variety and choice for would have been nice.

I had one of the smaller rooms, but it was still a good size for two, and a very good size for me as a sole traveler. After the fact, I wish I had paid the little bit more for a larger room with a view of Skiddaw. The breakfast was filling and well made, with a good plunger coffee, and there was the not so common option of pancakes.

Breakfast was exceptional. Room was spotless and the shower was lovely and hot. Fantastic location and really quiet area with a fantastic host. Perfect for a few days away

Emma was brilliant as host. She was very friendly, giving us tips on things to do in the area and generally being helpful when we needed something. The room was very comfortable - had a great nights sleep.

Fabulous guest house 5 mins walk into the centre and 10 mins walk to Derwentwater. Emma was a great host serving a lovely fresh breakfast each morning . The whole property was spotlessly clean and fresh and we would definitely recommend to family and friends . Thank you Emma.

Gorgeous guesthouse in the lovely town of Keswick. Emma was so friendly and hospitable. Cosy and comfy room, excellent breakfast and fab location. Views of the mountains and wonderful park and bus stop just across the road.
