loved the size of the room -stayed in Skiddaw -was light; bright and plenty of space. big comfy bed too

cant really fault anything other than maybe having a small fridge in the room and a later breakfast time

Lovely hosts. Emma was very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was beautifully prepared. The guest house was immaculately decorated and clean. We were in the Skiddaw room, which was large and very comfortable. Ideally situated for Keswick, only a few minutes walk from the town centre. We would definitely recommend it.

"Perfect and we had a dry weekend!"

We had a warm welcome right from the start. The Breakfast and setting was exceptional. The whole place is spotless and our room was just what we needed for 2 people. We had no trouble parking outside the premises which is located about 5mins walk into the main town. Sean and Emma have good knowledge of the area which helped us get around and their honest recommendations for places for eating out proved to be perfect for us. Doing an excellent job we’re hoping to be back sometime this year. Keep up the good work!

The property was really well kept, very clean and tidy. Emma and Sean were excellent hosts and made us very welcome. The room, although small, was well presented and the en-suite had lovely shower and hot water when you needed it!!! Breakfast was excellent. Everything was fresh and well presented and there were plenty of options. The Granola, yogurt and fresh berries were a favourite of mine!!!

The room we had was a tad small but it really didn’t matter to us that much as it was just a base and place to sleep during our stay in Keswick.
