Breakfast excellent.

John è una persona molto amichevole e gentile. Molto comunicativo e pronto a fornire tutte le informazioni e consigli che possono risultare utili durante la visita di Kinsale. Insomma, esattamente ciò che ci si aspetta dal proprietario di un B&B che svolge il suo lavoro con passione.

Our view was lovely, especially as it could be enjoyed from a Juliette balcony, however the large panorama windows in the lounge had a fantastic view to enjoy. Our choice for breakfast was perfect- Scrambled eggs with salmon.

Our room was cozy with a great view. The breakfast and overall service were fantastic. John was such a great host. He volunteered to check on a dinner reservation for us while he was in town. He is also provided some great recommendations on a few sights we hadn't planned on seeing. We were so happy he did, the views were breathtaking.

Excellent food, nice room although a bit small, amazing view from the family room window, good parking.

Location. The property was a half hour walk from downtown, where the only restaurants and pubs were located. Into town was down hill, but return was seriously up hill. Down town had narrow streets, was very congested and there was limited parking so driving was also a problem.
