La struttura è accogliente, pulita, in buona posizione e molto bella esteticamente

Premetto che la signora Viviana che ci ha accolto è una persona squisita, gentilissima e disponibile. Il problema lo abbiamo avuto con la proprietà alla quale avevamo chiesto di annullare o spostare la data di soggiorno (avevamo l’opzione di cancellazione senza costi scaduta il giorno stesso) ricevendo un categorico rifiuto nonostante il soggiorno era in un giorno feriale. Elasticità e attenzione verso il cliente totalmente assenti. Non basta avere una bella struttura per essere un’accogliente struttura.

"Week end dentro un mondo classico"

La struttura è in pieno centro storico, molto comoda. Ben organizzata e pulita. Colazione abbondante e variegata. C'è la possibilità di poter cucinare qualcosa di veloce e addirittura di poter lavare con lavatrice in caso di soggiorni lunghi. Molto utile.

Bella struttura nel centro di Vasto in un palazzo storico del '700. Staff molto cortese e disponibile. Stanze grandi e pulite. Colazione varia. Lo consiglio.
