Excelente localização muito perto do centro. Espaço moderno, muito funcional e acolhedor. Anfitriã e colaboradoras super simpáticas e disponíveis.

Não adorei o colchão. A falta de pão fresco no pequeno almoço.

O hotel fica bem localizado e estava limpo

O que não gostei e tive problemas o que me levou a abandonar o hotel foi entrar no quarto o quarto está gelado e o AC não funcionar questionar via móvel o proprietário ou responsável e que nada podia fazer que estava em Lisboa esperei mais de 30 minutos e voltei a ligar e nem atenderam então abandonei o hotel pois seria impossível passar lá a noite derivado o frio que estava em Viseu e dentro do quarto
