Lo que más nos gustó fue el trato y la amabilidad del personal. El baño, el jardín, la piscina...todo estaba muy bien diseñado y cuidado. Y el desayuno muy casero y muy completo.

Front staff was nice but only spoke Spanish

Half-dead cockroach upon arrival, stains on bed sheets, smell of the room. Contacted booking.com to cancel given conditions, no help was provided and was told the property has to agree to refund. Of course they wouldn't. Being a loyal customer for years, I was extremely disappointed and will take my business elsewhere. Regarding the property, the owner/manager was not responsive in a timely fashion forcing us to have to leave and drive at night for 3.5 hours. The representative lady that stopped by said the refund has to be through booking.com and said from their standpoint it should be ok. They offered room change and free dinner, but conditions were unsanitary. I wouldn't dare sit on the bed let alone sleep there overnight. Avoid if you care about hygiene. Shady area/town too.

Environement très reposant esprit maison de famille,grande gentillesse du personnel super petit déjeuner de keyla,et mention spéciale pour wilma pour ses précieux conseils,son amabilité et l organisation de notre sortie flamands rose et crocodiles que l on recommande grandement . L écologe est très bien situé pour la visite des salines, de Rio lagartos et de la traversée vers hol box..

Je suis mitigée sur cet hôtel mais je n’y retournerai pas … Il est très joli , touche féminine mi Mexique mi européen , joli piscine . Le personnel est sympa et c’est tout …

2 Gros Points Négatifs qui cassent tout : - pas de Clim alors qu’il fait 40 degrés et 90% d’humidité . On a beau faire attention à la Clim , la c’est indispensable !!!!! Ils nous ont prêté 4 ventilateurs mais on a quand même tous très mal dormis - le paradis des moustiques 🦟 . À peine vous sortez dehors vous avez 30 moustiques que chaque jambe c’est insupportable. Les habitants,la bas habitués, se promènent tous avec une petite serviette pour chasser en permanence les moustiques, ça rend dingue donc impossible de se promener …

Abbiamo soggiornato nelle stanze in muratura, che sono carine e corrispondono alle fotografie. Il personale non parla una parola di inglese e la comprensione è difficile, ma è stato gentile.

La piscina è piccola e l'acqua putrida (infatti al nostro arrivo era chiusa), il wifi funziona male, la pulizia non è adeguata; abbiamo trovato capelli, lenzuola e asciugamani macchiati e i bicchieri per l'acqua ci sono stati portati infilando le dita all'interno, così non li abbiamo potuti utilizzare. La cosa peggiore, che però sicuramente non è colpa della struttura, è l'enorme quantità di zanzare estremamente aggressive. Nei due minuti impiegati per portare le valige in camera abbiamo avuto decine di morsi. Abbiamo passato il soggiorno chiusi in stanza, non siamo potuti uscire a cena ed abbiamo dovuto consumare la colazione seduti sul letto perchè non era possibile stare fuori. Non siamo potuti andare in spiaggia perchè anche alle 11 di mattina c'erano centinaia di zanzare in riva al mare. La doccia privata (molto bella esteticamente) è all'aperto e pertanto non può esser utilizzata a causa della zanzare. Non so se sia stato un periodo sfortunato (metà agosto), ma non ci tornerei nemmeno se me lo regalassero.

Nice, typical place in Las Coloradas. Very small village with not much, the hotel has only few rooms which makes it cosy and intimate. The rooms are comfortable, the outside shower is charming.

Tout est très beau ! La piscine était top et on était seuls donc très agréable !

Je sais bien que c'est un ecolodge donc pas de clim mais on a passé la pire nuit ! Il faisait bcp trop chaud et les ventilateurs n'ont pas suffit. Les coussins à la piscine n'étaient pas accueillants. Très sale.
