Piña Coloradas Ecolodge

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Ils se sont occupés de tout pour nous jusqu'à la reservation des visites. Lendroit est tres beau et bien tenu.la plage à coté du Lodge est magnifique.merci beaucoup pour ce beau moment.

The room was very nice and clean, we really liked the outdoor shower. The beds were very comfortable. The room was airconditioned. The location is great - walking distance everywhere, easy access to the beach and pink lagoons as well as a few corner shops and restaurants.

Difficult communication with staff, for example we were not told what is for breakfast so we ate all bread before we got our scrambled eggs and then when I asked for more bread I was told there was no more bread available. This was particularly disappointing as my flight was delayed for over 24 hours so we lost the first night of accommodation and breakfast, one would hope that meant that we could get more bread if we had only breakfast on one day instead of two days that we paid for. Breakfast was nice but small. Coffee limited and you can't really get tea or coffee other than at breakfast. It also took a long time to get our breakfast (we went for a walk after we were told it would take 30 minutes). Furthermore, the building is locked at night, so we couldn't go for a morning walk on the beach until the staff arrived. The common area is not very clean (in contrast to our room which was spotless) and the outdoor mattresses have some stains. WIfi very unreliable, but that's seems to be common in Yucatan. Overall, the accommodation (whole) is quite small and while there were only 2 other guests, they were next door to us (most likely this was the only other room available, the other buildings were most likely larger apartments) and we could hear them a lot.

Chambre spacieuse, propre, lumineuse avec une douche extérieure privée à ciel ouvert, top. Petit-déjeuner très copieux et personnel très agréable et qui donnent pleins de conseil et qui peut préparer de délicieux petits plats rapides (guacamole, tacos…)

Las Coloradas est un petit village isolé sans activités le soir. Pour améliorer le séjour, une petite bouilloire dans la chambre pour se faire un café ou un thé serait un plus.

Lovely accommodation off the beaten track Have read previous reviews which reported no water, WiFi etc.... However as of Feb 2025 all of these were present. We had air con in our room. Served breakfast of eggs, bread and fruit with yoghurt and granola. 5 minute walk to a beach, no one else was there, just need to bring your own towels to lie down. Restsurants close at 6pm so just eat early and watch the sunset (we recommend lalos).

The aesthetic was lovely! I thought the design of the hotel was very good. This is a very "grammable" spot. The room has 2 fans. The staff was very freindly. I saw a frog. The town is very rustic so you will get a taste of Mexico that you won't see in more Touristy areas.

There is a lot to improve for the price i paid, which is a pity becuase I really wanted to love it here. Even at an Eco hotel I expect *some* warm water, and decent access to the internet unless it is advertised as 'no internet'. I thought for the price I did not receive the value I paid. The breakfast was disappointing. Stale roll, fruit plate, plate of scrambled eggs. I don't eat eggs and didn't want the stale roll. I wish I could have gotten more granola (the fruit came with about 1.5 tablespoons of it) and just had a granola yogurt bowl. More selection would have made this breakfast okay rather than 'not great'. If this place was $30-$40USD a night I would not have had much to say but for over 100 this was not a good deal.

Bel etablissement bien equipe avec joli jardin, petite piscine couloir et terrasse pour petit dejeuner. Proche du bord de plage a l extreme est du village. Pour visiter la lagune , aller a 20kms a rio lagartos pour un tour de 2h30 en barque a moteur. Demander Cesar pour voir des crocodile. Pelicans. Aigle et flamands rose. Cenote maya et etendue rose aux marais salants. Tout cela poyr 1500pesos la location barque et tour.

Obligation d attendre 15h00 : nous sommes arrives a 13h00 et n avons pas pu depose nos affaires ds un coin. La personne de service n a pas voulu prendre d initiative en dehors de la direction absente?

Die Lage und das ansprechende Design der kleinen Anlage, gutes Frühstück.

kein warmes Wasser; Pool ist eher ein Pühlchen und war am 2. Tag ohne Erklärung gesperrt (wir waren zwei Nächte dort); das desinteressiert wirkende Personal, man hatte den Eindruck man stört; das Fehlen jedweder Putzaktion obwohl man z.B. automatisch Sand ins Zimmer trägt; das Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt nicht.

Very nice hotel, looking new. I would like to come back, I hope they can fix some things. I was there becouse of a race and they gave me a lunch bag to go because I couldn't have breakfast during the hours they have, I was going to leave early. Staff is shy but really nice.

The bathroom had a very bad smell. The staff is very friendly, but they don't know what to do in certain situations, they have to ask the owner who is not on site. The water pressure is very low in the shower and toilet, almost no water comes out and the next day there was no hot water in the shower. I think the owner should train her staff better and trust them because they are very kind but they are very limited in how to solve things.

Malgré l'annonce et les photos, il n'y avait pas de piscine. Si nous avons bien compris elle n'est pas sur place...à vérifier.
