Location!!! Two minute walk to the metro to get to all the important Rome sites. Alberto also offered to drive us to a great restaurant nearby AND pick us up. We really appreciated him going the extra mile.

The hallway leading up to the apartment, but they are well aware of its needs and trying to work with the building people to get it improved—but it didn’t matter overall—just a quick pass-through to get to our room.

My husband and i stayed for the night on the way to the south of Italy. We were very happy to be there. The place is very nice, clean, very friendly hosts, nice breakfest. A great place to stay the night. Very comfortable.

"Great staff and comfy room"

The room is very quiet, comfortable and spacious. Bathroom is not big but it’s enough for a nice shower. There’s a kitchen where they serve the breakfast and you can also prepare some meals, if you like. Breakfast is simple but good with a bit of many things. There is no lift but the b&b is not far from the ground floor. Antonella and Alberto are really helpful and friendly. Thanks a lot for arranging the early check in and breakfast, for giving me a lift to the bank and sorting my transfer back to the airport. You both are amazing!

It is a bit far from the touristic center but closer to the airport. If trains are working normally, it is not a problem.

"Exceptional"

Wonderful hosts! Super clean and confortable room, bathroom really clean, good breakfast in roman typical style (mostly sweet, with a wonderful homemade crostata!) . We parked inside the apartment building and had a terrace outside to enjoy. The neighbourhood is calm, residential and there is a metro 2 minutes walking distance. We really enjoyed staying here!

It is very good that the location is very close to the subway.the landlord helped us with every request.he is also a nice and pleasant conversationalist.the room was clean and spacious. everything was perfect
