Maiya is such a lovely and helpful host! Even though she doesn’t speak English, we communicated perfectly using Google Translate. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures — very clean, with comfortable beds, clean sheets and a cozy atmosphere. The location is also great, just a 2-minute walk from the city center. Great for families or bunch of friends 😉 Highly recommended!

Just a small note: The entrance to the property requires climbing a set of stairs, which might be a bit challenging if you're carrying heavy suitcases. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Little old properly but the best place to stay if you want a catch a flight the very next day from kutaisi airport.

Large property, good hosts!

Unfortunately the city gas supply was off due to construction works in the street, it was also exceptionally cold in Kutaisi during our stay as it was in the apartment as well until the gas was back on and the hosts started the gas heater. The hosts as well compensated with a free breakfast the lack of gas stove capacity, however we still had to pay the full amount while not being able to shower on the day of arrival.

The road is now under construction so the accommodation is not reachable with clean shoes, and luggages. The accommodation is not clean, especially the bathroom. The furnitures are old. The shower cabin does not have door, so the whole bathroom can be under water easily. No curtains and the sun is shining through the window and the lights from the neighbours shining in to the rooms.I guess the reviews are not real on booking.
