GBStaff were very friendly, the room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was fantastic - wonderful fresh produce! The spa area was so lovely and very clean. The facial treatment was fantastic and excellent value. The receptionist recommended a fantastic restaurant in Ledbury too, it was fantastic.
To improve, robes to use for the spa would have been lovely. If they had been left in the room, they could have been used for both spa visits and would have made it a more comfortable experience. The towels being much larger would have been lovely too as they are very small. In the future a small restaurant or bar would be so lovely to be able to relax in of an evening.
