GBThe bed was comfy and the room was clean. Plenty of tea, coffee and sweet snacks. Clean towels. Nice TV with Roku freeview which was fine as I am familiar with using Roku. Wi Fi was good.
The room was extremely hot which reflects comments in other reviews. I had to open the windows to let hot air out and as the building is on a busy road this meant it was noisy (and hot!). My quilt was a whopping 10.5 tog in the middle of a heatwave so I had to take it out of the cover. Much lower tog needed for summer months. The cover was clean but the bottom sheet looked as if it had not been changed. As I was on my own I just slept on half the cover & put half over me.The breakfast box is described as complimentary but was really just a load of cheap sweet stuff. I was walking the coast path and on foot - I would not recommend it to walkers as there was no proper breakfast and no places for food in the evening within walking distance.

GBThe stay was okay. But im having great difficulty trying to get my VAT invoice for my stay which i need for work . Messaged loads of times, now being ignored. Booking.com have said its the properties responsibility to send me this. Its now been a week of me chasing the invoice and still just being ignored. Not happy .
