very spacious room and nice bathroom . We occupied one of five rooms in an old barn , typical for the region . Nice outdoor terrace with view on the fields . The room has a small kitchenette with a refrigerator.

Immediately off the bike trail through Beerta . Interesting and somewhat weird or artsy entrance into the reception as well as through a very large barn into each room . Room was very well appointed . Clean and spacious . Large patio off the room looking out onto the B&B grounds . Bathroom clean and modern . Great shower with good water pressure. Less than 500m. to an Italian and a Chinese Restaurant . Breakfast was adequate and the picnic basket in your room service was novel but not very extensive food choices .

No way to leave the door into the patio and the only ventilation source partially open at night . Either open or closed - in cooler weather not a problem but when weather warms it could be uncomfortable . No hair dryer in the room and when on bikes that can be a problem .

The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The terrace to the backyard was really nice to sit out and enjoy the sun. Breakfast was also great and on time. A very relaxing stay.

The lobby is a bit confusing. I understand it's built with the farmhouse but not sure how to check in initially. Also not sure how to check out either, it would be great if there's a better system for this.

The rooms are very clean, comfortable and lovely designed. You have everything you need, the patio outside is very nice. I absolutely agree with the many reviews here that breakfast, brought to the room, was a treat! The hosts are pleasant and attentive.
