Location and ground floor accessibility. Breakfast was ok. Pool was in great condition. Rooms were spacious

Cleanliness and condition of furniture, cutlery and crockery wears very poor (chips , stains etc.). The cleaning was still going on after an hour after our check in time. The in room amenities were not sufficient leading to us requesting extension cords, a side table for kettle etc. There is a genuine lack of mats. the door in one of the rooms was rotten and broke after use. The toilet seat in the large room was broken upon arrival and we had to request it get replaced. The WiFi signal in the rooms were terrible. These are things that really should be checked before a visitor occupies a room. It’s unacceptable when you spend such money and do not receive basics as a minimum.
