Warm welcome, friendly and flexible. Very good breakfast and off road parking in a peaceful location.

A superb stop-over with a very helpful and friendly host. Everything you need and spotless (including the bathroom which is down stairs). I look forward to a return visit.

We did not mind the shared bathroom but being downstairs away from bedroom not ideal due to fact of needed bathroom in the night .Possibly would be nice to have items for full breakfast ,even with extra charge

U were to make it yourself with yogurt, and cook yourself bacon and egg

Bathroom downstairs and cramped. Towels hard. Kitchen area untidy. Description of facilities not highlighted . the fact that ‘breakfast included’ a joke and so inaccurate. Jam pots put out had already been part used and honey pot solid. Angry that description by yourselves inadequate. Disappointed with yr part in this and unlikely I shall book with u again
