La posizione è ottimale per visitare Messina ma la location non è bellissima , anche se nei dintorni si trova tutto il necessario da negozi a supermercati

Il complesso in cui è inserito il B&B, è in uno stato di degrado poco rassicurante, tuttavia la zona è video sorvegliata e non ci sono stati problemi. La biancheria (a noleggio), lenzuola e asciugamani macchiati.
