I had informed management that I had received terrible bites on my back from the B&B, to which I was told it's been hot so the insects and fleas are out. Once I told them it's not an acceptable response and that I want a refund, I was rudely told no because the matter was closed. They didn't apologise for the bite marks all on my back or was offered if they could cover my medical expenses. Not impressed. I was also charged an additional R154 from the normal rate to pay for an additional night which I was not informed as to why it had gone up
