Perfect breakfast, rooms are neat and clean everything u need is there

1) The lady who works there was welcoming.

1) Bedding is worse than poor standard. No fitted sheets and duvet on the beds. Some mattresses were as hard as rocks. No blanket provided in case of cold nights. 2) Bathroom shower doors falling apart and entry doors not closing properly. No privacy when using the bathroom. 3) Room sliding doors are not lockable. 4) The one guy who pretended to be working there as a manager refused to have the braai stands washed while the facility brags to have picnic facilities. 5) The BIC had 1 and 2 hangers if you were lucky. 6) No cutlery in the rooms. 7) Their main kitchen was very filthy. 8) We had no water on the last night because they forgot to switch on the borehole pump. It us having to wake the caretaker up on our last day for them to switch on the water. 9) The owner dropped the call when I asked to speak to her. 10) The carport roof is not properly constructed, and it leaked water in the middle when it rained. It's such an inconvenience to get out of the car. 11) To pay close to an R1 000.00 a night for a room and amenities worth no more than R400.00 was daylight robbery. 12) The place requires pest control service. NB: I speak from a first-hand experience of running a self-catering apartment through booking.com.
