La Pan Nam Exotic Villas and Spa

On the first sight it was charming, but at the end nothing that i can say i like it.

This was the worst experience I can remember having in any accommodation. First, the floor collapsed and my toes got stuck in the wooden floor and i hurt my finger. Then around 1 a.m., the power went out only in two accommodation units, so I was moved to another unit, but I had to move my things myself, without any proper lighting. In that second room there wasn’t even a bottle of drinking water, and they didn’t offer one either. The next day they were not sympathetic at all and didn’t apologize. They didn’t even want to talk about any compensation. I absolutely do not recommend this accommodation. The management is the worst possible

Everything was just perfect , we felt so good , perfect service , calmness and chill , so friendly atmosphere , love everything and really grateful for this experience

The staff is really nice and most of them tried their best providing a good experience despite challenges

I was given the worst unit in the whole complex. some rooms there are okay, I was given the worst one and even told to pay a bit more to 'upgrade'. - Airconditioining was not working, took 2 days to start fixing it. before that I was questioned (it was not believed it was not working). It was heavily leaking water, the whole floor was full of water, and the first I was told was that I might have ruined the AC (which is absolutely not true). there was lack of care and empathy and I was left for 2 days to be in a room with broken AC and leaking water everywhere on the floor, without any compensation being offered. I was told the booking was not refundable. - Room was very noise from the shortcut motorcycle noise, the whole day there is road noise in that room I asked for understanding on changing room or compensation for the fact I did not have a working airconditioning
